2. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find your ideal fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to our customer care team with your measurements we’re happy to help with personalized sizing recommendations.
3.What is damaged and defective product policy?
A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the FASHONEY support email (support@fashoney.com) indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with your order ID and required photo proof.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. To begin a return, visit our Return Portal or contact our support team.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Economy domestic shipping typically takes 4–8 business days, while international shipping may take 7–15 business days, depending on location. You’ll receive tracking updates once your order ships.
6. Are your garments ethically made?
Yes. At FASHONEY, we prioritize responsible sourcing and ethical production. We work with trusted partners who uphold fair labor practices and produce in limited runs to reduce waste and overproduction.
7. Will items be restocked once they sell out?
Some of our core pieces may be restocked, but many of our styles are released in small batches and won't return once sold out. To avoid missing out, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media for early access.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime through your FASHONEY account or by contacting our team at support@fashoney.com.
9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at support@fashoney.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
